DIFFICULTIES & EXULTATIONS
Difficulties & Exultations was published by Smith/Doorstop in 2001. You will no doubt notice that the title is where the name of the website Exultations & Difficulties comes from. It's the same words but the other way around. I was feeling very clever that day.
There were some reviews of the book kicking around on the InfoWeb, but they seem to have vanished. Other reviews appeared in print rather than electronically, because this was in 2001 and that's almost the olden days.
